Abstract

PURPOSE:To adjust a response time constant by providing a collector voltage varying means which varies the response time constant by varying a collector voltage when a couple of differential amplifying transistors (TR) are balanced. CONSTITUTION:Cascade-connected TRs 25A and 25B are provided between a power source 24 and differential amplifying TRs 13A and 13B, and a voltage source 27 varies base potentials supplied to the TRs 25A and 25B. Namely, so that potential difference between the collector voltages of the TRs 13A and 13B, and a reference voltage from a power source 21, i.e., a potential difference between the collector voltage of the balanced TRs 13A and 13B, and the reference voltage is constant, the voltage of the voltage source 27 is varied, and then the base-collector voltage is made constant without reference to the reference voltage, thereby obtaining a constant response time constant.
