Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a temperature compensating amplifier which is suitably applied to the integrated circuit, by securing a constituting containing an amplifying part featuring a load resistance which is proportional to the current decided by the voltage difference between each base and emitter caused by the current density difference between Tr's in the circuit.
