Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a bearing with low frictional resistance by supporting a rotary body by means of impact residence due to a minus effect exerted on both a superconductive body and a magnet. CONSTITUTION:A superconductive body 61 dipped in a liquefied gas is fixed to the output shaft 52 of the motor 4 of a multistage centrifugal pump for the liquefied gas, while a circular permanent magnet piece 62 is fixed to a motor casing 29, and thereby a bearing 21 is formed. Since the permanent magnet piece 62 is magnetized along an axial direction of the output shaft 52, impact resilience to the magnet 62 is generated in the superconductive body 61 due to a minus effect, so that the output shaft 52 is supported under a condition that a frictional resistance is almost zero.
