Abstract

PURPOSE:To avoid the colliding sound at the start and to eliminate the electromagnetic vibration in the axial direction of rotation by supporting a rotor by cylindrical bearings so that the magnetic center is shifted to the load side at the stationary time, and sealing the end of the cylindrical bearing on the nonload side with a minute gap being remained. CONSTITUTION:A rotary shaft 6 is supported by the cylindrical bearings 7 and 7' so that the magnetic center 9 of the rotor 1 at the stationary time is slightly shifted from the magnetic center 10 of a stator 2 to the load side. The end of the cylindrical bearing 7 on the nonload side is blocked by a disk 17 having a minute hole 16, and a space which is almost hermetically sealed is formed at the end of the shaft. In this constitution, since the space 18 serves as a role of cushion when the rotor 1 is pulled to the nonload side at the starting, the sound does not occur by the collision of the disk 17 and the end of the rotary shaft, and the vibration in the axial direction of the rotor 1 can be suppressed during the rotation.
