Claims (1)
- 基準電源を内蔵する大規模集積回路の試験時に
、所定の切替信号を介して前記基準電源を切離す
ために用いられる切替回路において、前記切替信
号の電圧を分圧して出力する分圧回路と、前記基
準電源の出力電圧と前記分圧回路の出力電圧とを
入力して、前記切替信号の制御作用を介して前記
二つの出力電圧の内のいずれか一方の出力電圧を
選択して出力するトランスフアスイツチと、を備
えることを特徴とする切替回路。
