示す図である。 １１：コンデンサ、１２：比較器、３８，３９
：スイツチ、４１：比較電圧よりも高い電圧を出
す電源、４２：比較電圧よりも抵い電圧を出す電
源、３６：スイツチ制御回路、１４：比較電圧源
。

Claims (1)
- コンデンサに充電された電圧を比較器で比較電
圧と比較するコンデンサ電圧比較回路において、
上記コンデンサにそれぞれ第１及び第２スイツチ
を通じて接続され、上記比較電圧よりも高い電圧
を出力する第１電源及び上記比較電圧よりも低い
電圧を出力する第２電源と、上記比較器の出力と
リセツト信号とが供給され、上記コンデンサの電
圧が上記比較電圧よりも高いと上記第２スイツチ
をオンとし、上記コンデンサの電圧が上記比較電
圧よりも低いと上記第１スイツチをオンとするス
イツチ制御回路とを具備するコンデンサ電圧比較
回路。
