CONSTITUTION:An underlying layer 3 consisting of Ni-P, etc., is formed by electroless plating on a nonmagnetic substrate 2 consisting of Al, etc. An intermediate layer 4 consisting of a nonmagnetic metal contg. Cr is formed in a gaseous phase thereon and after a thin film magnetic layer 5 consisting of Co-Ni, etc., is deposited by a sputtering method thereon, a protective carbon film 6 is formed in a gaseous phase. The prescribed L.B film 8 is formed on the uppermost layer by immersing the substrate in a liquid phase and the monomolecular film 7 having the hydrophobic group is interposed on the substrate 2 side of the film 8 and is so provided that the hydrophobic group exists on the film 8 side.
