触ピン２を示した断面図である。
図中、１０は測定用プローブ、１１はステム、
１１ａは絶縁スリーブ、１１ｂはブロツク部、１
２は導電性スリーブ、１３はピンホルダ、１４は
接触ピン、１４ａは接触ピンの頭部、１５はピン
挿通孔、１５ａは大径部、１５ｂは小径部、１５
ｃはストツパ、１６はコイルバネである。

Claims (1)

ンホルダには同軸上に穿孔された大径部と小径部
とを有しその段部をストツパとしたピン挿通孔が
設けられ、該ピン挿通孔に上記ストツパと係合す
る頭部を有する接触ピンが進退可能に挿通される
とともに、上記大径部内に上記接触ピンを突出方
向に付勢するバネが収納されていることを特徴と
する測定用プローブ。 (2) 上記ステムの他端は上記スリーブに圧入さ
れている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の測
