CONSTITUTION:The outputs of an air flow meter 13, a throttle valve opening sensor 29, an engine speed sensor, an O2 sensor 27, an intake air pressure sensor 31, the shift position of a transmission, etc. are inputted into a control circuit 19, which operates and controls the valve opening time of a fuel injection valve 17. The control circuit 19 judges whether in the zone of carrying out an air-fuel ratio feedback control by means of an O2 sensor or not in accordance with an engine speed and an engine load. And, it varies the controlling constant of an integral part and proportional part, etc. so that the varying frequency of air-fuel ratio in air-fuel ratio feedback control may not agree with a natural frequency in the shift position of a transmission.
