Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform optimum control of a slow passage, by intermittently opening and closing a fuel control solenoid valve through a prescribed frequency and controlling an air bypass valve to be opened when a rich state is detected by an O2 sensor. CONSTITUTION:A rich signal of an O2 sensor 9 opens a throttle valve 7, and is fed to an AND circuit 19 together with output of an oscillator 11 while inverted by an inverter 29. On the other hand, a deceleration fuel arithmetic unit 14 outputs decision signals SN1 and Sg1 of speed and negative pressure by signals of speed sensors 12, 13, and said decision signals are input to an AND circuit 21 through an OR circuit 20. While a high load decision circuit 17 outputs SN2 and Sg2, and these signals pass through an OR circuit 22, inverter 23 and OR circuit 24, and are obtained with OR respectively in OR circuits 25, 28 with a water temperature sensor 18 signal and speed signal 27, then a driver circuit 26 drives a solenoid valve 6. Accordingly, fuel of a constant flow by a lean signal is interrupted by a rich signal synchronously with a frequency signal of the oscillator 11, and its frequency is changed, thus change width of a flow can be set.
