Abstract

PURPOSE: To maintain a mixture ratio at an prescribed value even if a throttle valve is suddenly changed by compensating an output pulse width with a degree of opening of said valve in an electronically controlled fuel injection device which operates said pulse width with an output of a heat ray type air flow.
CONSTITUTION: Output of both a measurement control circuit 4 for a heat ray type air flow and a detector 8 for a degree of opening of a throttle valve enter a control unit 5, and pulse width for driving a fuel injection valve operated by means output of the heat ray type air flowmeter is compensated by a degree of opening of the throttle valve. In case the degree of opening of the throttle valve increases above a prescribed value, compensation is made through an increment in deceleration of the output pulse width. In case said degree reduces below said value, compensation is made through an increment in acceleration of said width. Accordingly, a change of a mixed ratio due to an abrupt change of a degree of opening of the throttle valve may be prevented, responsiveness at acceleration improved, and mis- firing as well as a phenomenon of gas flickering at deceleration may be also prevented.
