Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain proper setting of air-fuel ratio by correcting and controlling the fuel discharge amount according to the displacement position of a movable body in the carburetor of which venturi area is varied according to the air flow rate.
CONSTITUTION: A movable body 2 constituted of a suction piston changes the area of a venturi passage 1 according to the air amount and determines the fuel amount from a fuel discharge port 3. The movement of the movable body 2 is detected by a displacement detecting means 5, and the signal is input into an electronic control circuit 8. In the space 21 which communicates to a fuel passage 20, a metering valve 25 is arranged, and the opening of the valve 25 is determined by an electric strain element 6. The matering valve 25 is opened or closed by the output signal of a control circuit 8, and the correction of the fuel discharge amount to a venturi passage 1 is performed.
