Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the titled aqueous binder, consisting of an alkylene oxide derivative having a specific structure, molecular weight and melting point, usable as a binder for cosmetics, fertilizers, agricultural chemicals, perfumes, etc., capable of providing granular materials without stickiness and having low hygroscopicity. CONSTITUTION:A granular product, obtained by blending an aqueous binder consisting of an alkylene oxide derivative, expressed, by the formula (R1 and R2 are H, 1-8C alkyl, cycloalkyl or phenyl; m is a positive number of >=30; n is 0 or a positive number of 8-80; m+n is a positive number of 30-800), having >=1,500 average molecular weight and exhibiting >=40 deg.C melting point with water, adding a cosmetic, fertilizer, agricultural chemical, etc., to form a slurry, injection molding the resultant slurry and drying the molded product and having low hygroscopicity without stickiness.
