Abstract
PURPOSE:To manufacture a membrane having a critical temperature corresponding to a bulk via a coating-baking method by using a metal silver nitrate as a metal ion source, metal alkoxide as a metal source, and carboxylic acid and beta-diketone as complexing agents respectively for a coating liquid, and baking a substrate after the application of the liquid thereto. CONSTITUTION:The essential constituents of a coating liquid comprise at least one type of metal ion selected among yttrium, lanthanum, cerium, praseodymium, neodymium, promethium, samarium, columbium, gadolinium, terblum, dysprosium, holmium, erbium, thuliom, ytterbium and lutetium, at least one type of metal compound among barium, strontium and calcium, at least one type of compound among copper ion, silver nitrate, carboxylic acid and beta-diketone, and anorganic agent. A substrate applied with the coating liquid is baked at a temperature of 450 deg.C to 1,100 deg.C. Also, an ultraviolet irradiation process is introduced after the application of the coating liquid to the substrate.
