PURPOSE:To sharply increase a disposal amount of a disposal waste, by a method wherein a disposal waste or incineration ash is premixed with air for combustion, a mixed solid gas 2-phase flow is injected in a furnace as a swirl is exerted on the flow, the mixture is incinerated or molten and hardened. CONSTITUTION:When air for combustion passes ejector parts 26 and 27, a velocity of flow is increased at the throttle parts of nozzle parts 26b and 27b, and the part is brought into a negative pressure state. As a result, incineration ash from a second dust collecting device 19 is uniformly mixed in the air for combustion by means of a second ejector part 26, incinerated ash in combustion exhaust gas is collected by means of a first dust collecting device 18, and is mixed by means of a first ejector part 27. A solid gas 2-phase flow where air for combustion and incineration ash are mixed together flows into an inflow port 33b for air for combustion and a passage 33c of a burner 32, and a swirl of at least velocity of flow of 100m/s or more in a swirl direction is provided by a swirl fin 33a for uniform injection in a combustion chamber 22b. Thus, ignition of dried sludge and incineration ash and combustibility are promoted, and the promotion causes incineration and melting of a disposal waste throughout the whole area of a combustion chamber, resulting in the possibility to increase treating amount.
