Abstract
PURPOSE:To perfectly incineration dispose matter to be incinerated, such as, collected soot (EP ash), etc. in exhaust gas by the turning ascending currents of a fluid medium in an incinerator, in a device that mixes and agitates the fluid medium and matter to be incinerated and incineration disposes matter to be incinerated. CONSTITUTION:Air flows into an overturned conical bottom plate 3 of an incinerator through each nozzle 2 from air pipes 1. In this case, air jetted is changed into ascending currents toward a furnace top while turning along a furnace inwall because said nozzles 2 are mounted in upward shapes and in the tangential direction to the overturned conical bottom plate 3. EP ash is fed into said turning ascending currents from a screw feeder 4 and mixed and agitated with a fluid medium, and flames are further injected from auxiliary combustion burners 5 to the turning ascending currents of the EP ash and the fluid medium. In this case, a vertical angle alpha of said overturned conical bottom plate 3 is selected within the angles of 30 deg.-90 deg., and the pressure of air jetted from the nozzles 2 is selected in approximate 1-2kg/cm<2>.
