Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain high-speed operation by providing a means for connecting to a power supply being a component of a current mirror circuit when an output of a logic circuit is at '0' and for switching to a voltage source giving much more current of a load element when the output is at '1'. CONSTITUTION:When an input goes to '1' and a drive transistor(TR) is turned on, the output is switched toward '0'. In this case, the gate of a load TR1 goes to a GND level until the output turns on a P-MOSFET 5 and turns off an N-MOSFET 6. When the P-MOSFET 5 is turned on and the N-MOSFET is turned off, the voltage generated in the P-MOSFET 3 and the N-MOSFET 4 is fed to the gate of the negative TR1. When the input reaches '0', the operation is reversed to above, the gate of the load TR1 is connected to the GND, the current supply capability is increased and the switching speed is quickened thereby improving the capability of load element and attaining the high-speed operation.
