Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for mounting of a termination resistor and a pull-down resistor and the like, to hold high-speed circuit and to achieve low power consumption, by connecting a constant current circuit in series with an emitter of an emitter follower at an output stage and controlling the current of the constant current circuit with a control means. CONSTITUTION:To an emitter of an emitter follower of a current switching type logical circuit having the emitter follower at the output stage, constant current circuits 49' and 50' consisting of a transistor TR59, a resistor 61, a TR60 and a resistor 62' respectively are connected. A controlling constant voltage is applied to the base of the TRs 59 and 60 of the circuits 49' and 50' from a constant voltage circuit consisting of resistors 63, 65 and 64, 66, and the TRs 59 and 60 are on/off-controlled with the control from control terminals 57 and 58. A current flows to the circuits 49' and 50' by turning off the TRs 59 and 60 when the terminals 57 and 58 are grounded and the current of the circuits 49' and 50' is interrupted by turning off the TRs 59 and 60 when the terminals 57 and 58 are opened, to keep the high speed of the circuit and to achieve low power consumption.
