Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of transistors, by providing a current limiting resistance in the collector circuit to which pulsive current is fed. CONSTITUTION:High frequency pulses are input to the collector of a transistor 1 via a resistance 7 and data pulse is fed to the base of a transistor 4. When the data pulse is positive, the transistor 4 is on, the base potential of the transistor 1 is fixed to the emitter potential of the transistor 4, resulting in no output. IF the data pulse is negative, the transistor 4 is off, and since the base current flows to the base of the transistor 1 corresponding to high-frequency pulse, the transistor 1 is operative and high-frequency pulse is appeared at the output. Since current limiting resistances 7, 8 are provided to the collector of the respective transistors, the collector current is limited.
