Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent false learning due to temperature characteristics of an engine by prohibiting updating of a learning value corresponding to the air-fuel ratio feedback correction amount based on output of an air-fuel ratio sensor until a designated time elapses after the cooling water temperature reaches above a preset value. CONSTITUTION:Detection values of an intake pressure sensor 6, a cooling water temperature sensor 7, an air-fuel sensor 8 and so on and a signal of an igniter 12 are input to a control device 14. That is, the basic fuel injection quantity is computed from a number of rotations and intake pressure and correction is conducted by the air-fuel ratio feedback correction amount based on the detection value of the air-fuel ratio sensor 9 and the learning correction amount set corresponding to the number of rotations and intake pressure. Updating of the learning correction amount is prohibited until a designated time elapses after the cooling water temperature reaches above a designated value from start-up.
