Claims (1)
- 金属製ハウジング内に設けたプリント基板にキ
ヤンケースタイプのパワートランジスタを搭載し
てなるパワートランジスタの取付構造において、
前記パワートランジスタのキヤンケースを前記金
属製ハウジングの内壁面に熱伝導性接着剤により
接着固定するとともに、パワートランジスタのリ
ードを可撓性のある線材によりプリント基板に電
気接続したことを特徴とするパワートランジスタ
の取付構造。
