Claims (1)
- 導電性の底壁部ならびにこの底壁部に一体形成
された対向側壁部を有するケースと、ケースの底
壁部外面に形成された放熱用フイン部と、上記底
壁部の内面に電気絶縁板を介して固定された半導
体素子と、上記底壁部と対向するケースの開口を
閉塞し、かつ外面が取付面として設定されたカバ
ーと、上記放熱用フイン部の各フイン間に対応す
る放熱孔を有し、上記フイン部の先端側に装着さ
れた電気絶縁性の案全カバーとを具備した半導体
装置。
