Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 パワートランジスタを導電材からなるビスを用
    いて放熱器へ電気的に絶縁された状態で機械的に
    取り付けるとともに、このパワートランジスタと
    電気的に接続するプリント配線基板を放熱器へ接
    近させて配置したパワートランジスタの取付構造
    において、 パワートランジスタを取り付ける導電材からな
    るビスをねじ込むためのメネジ穴と、プリント配
    線基板へ電気的かつ機械的に接続するために突出
    させて形成した端子部と、パワートランジスタの
    リード端子を通すための貫通穴を形成した導電材
    からなる取付板を設けて、この取付板を放熱器の
    一側壁面とプリント配線基板との間に配置させて
    、パワートランジスタの取り付けと同時にパワー
    トランジスタとプリント配線基板との電気的接続
    を行うように構成したことを特徴とするパワート
    ランジスタの取付構造。
