図である。第2図は本考案による電力インバータ
の作動中に第1図の種々の点に現われる波形を示
す図である。 10〜負入力母線、12〜正入力母線、14,
16〜主半導体スイツチ(サイリスタ)、22〜
インダクタ、26〜出力節点、29〜負荷、32
〜インダクタ、36〜電流検出器、38,40〜
ダイオード、41,44〜コンデンサ、46,4
8〜サイリスタ、50〜インダクタ、52,56
〜コンデンサ、58,60〜逆導通サイリスタ(
RCT)、62〜ゲーテイング信号発生器、84
〜クロツク、86〜波形発生器、88〜デユアル
周波数カウンタ、96,98〜電流レベル比較器
、104〜タイミング制御回路。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 直流電気エネルギーを交流電気エネルギーに変
    換するためのインバータにして、直流電源入力母
    線10,12の間に直列に接続された少なくとも
    二つの主半導体スイツチ14,16を有し、前記
    主半導体スイツチ間の接続点26に負荷が接続さ
    れており、前記直流電源入力母線10,12の間
    を横切つて二つのコンデンサ41,44含む整流
    手段40,44,46,48,50を有し、前記
    コンデンサの間に接続点はインダクタ50及び二
    つの逆並行に接続された整流スイツチ46,48
    を経て前記主半導体スイツチ14,16の間の接
    続点26に選択的に接続されるようになつており
    、更に前記主半導体スイツチ14,16と前記整
    流スイツチ46,48とに接続されてその作動を
    制御する制御用波形発生器86を有し、前記主半
    導体スイツチの各々は前記整流スイツチの作動の
    後或る予め定められた時間遅れt―t,t
    ―t,…にて作動されて他の主半導体スイツチ
    を非作動状態にするようになつており、更に負荷
    電流検出器36を有し、前記整流手段40〜50
    は該整流手段の各コンデンサ40,44にそれぞ
    れ並列に接続され且互いに直列に接続された補助
    コンデンサ52,56と補助整流スイツチ58,
    60とを含んでおり、前記制御用波形発生器86
    ,88,104は前記負荷電流検出器36により
    検出された過電流状態に応答して前記補助整流ス
    イツチ58,60を対応する整流スイツチ46,
    48と同時に作動させて前記の予め定められた時
    間遅れを増大し、前記補助コンデンサ52,56
    の一つを前記整流手段40〜50の対応するコン
    デンサ40,44に並列に接続することにより前
    記整流手段と共振周波数の変化を補償するよう構
    成されていることを特徴とするインバータ。
