Abstract

PURPOSE:To effect accurate temperature compensation depending on the compensation region where it is high temperatures or where it is low temperatures, by separately conducting the temperature compensation in the case where a temperature signal is larger than a reverse signal and in the case where the former is smaller than the latter. CONSTITUTION:In the case where a temperature signal PET outputted from a temperature sensor 1 is larger than a reverse signal NET (more than 0 deg.C), transistors Tr 31 and 33 are turned on to introduce current to a slide resistor 37. A desired voltage signal of a slider C1ET is obtained by adjusting the slide resistor 37, which is added to a measuring signal of a main sensor 4. Accordingly, the temperature compensation in the high temperature region is carried out. On the other hand, in the case where the temperature signal PET is smaller than the reverse signal NET (lower than 0 deg.C), transistors Tr 32 and 34 are turned on, and therefore a slide resistor 38 is supplied with current. A desired voltage signal of a slider C2ET is obtained by adjusting the resistor 38, which is added to a measuring signal of the main sensor 4, whereby the temperature compensation in the low temperature region is performed.
