Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve responsiveness of a thermal accumulation or thermal discharging (heat) by a method wherein thermal medium liquid is sealed within a closed hollow container with its vapor phase part filled with saturated vapor being left, several thermal accumulation particles are enclosed in it and a tubular heat exchanging part is arranged to pass through within the container. CONSTITUTION:A closed hollow container 1 is of a substantial cylindrical form, has a plurality of disc fins 1a arranged in such direction as cutting its cylinder part and at the same time a tubular heat exchanging part 1b arranged so as to pass within the cylinder is placed eccentrically from an axis of the container 1. Thermal medium liquid 2 which is evaporated and condensed within the closed hollow container 1 is sealed with its vapor phase part 2a being left and filled with its saturated vapor and at the same time several thermal accumulative (including thermal cooling medium) particles 3 are enclosed. In case that this heat exchanging part is used for cooling fluid, the heat exchanging part 1b is arranged above the closed hollow container 1 in such a way as it may be contacted with the vapor phase part 2a filled with vapor of thermal medium liquid 2 and in turn in case that it is used for heating fluid, the unit is applied in a reverse orientation.
