Claims (1)
- 弁本体に形成した弁孔に、スプールと筒部材と
を直列にして内装するとともに、このスプール外
端にはスプリングを作用させ、通常はこのスプー
ルが上記筒部材の先端に当接し、バイパス通路を
ふさぐ構成にし、上記筒部材には、流入ポートと
流出ポートとを連通させる固定オリフイスを形成
するとともに、この筒部材には、上記固定オリフ
イス前後の差圧に応じて移動するプランジヤを設
けた流量制御弁において、上記筒部材には、固定
オリフイスとは別の可変オリフイスポートを形成
し、上記プランジヤがノーマル位置にあるときこ
の可変オリフイスポートをふさぎ、固定オリフイ
ス前後の差圧によつてプランジヤが移動したとき
、当該可変オリフイスポートを開く構成にした流
量制御弁。
