Claims (1)
- 導入通路、ドレン通路及び吐出通路が形成され
たハウジング内に、メインスプールとサブスプー
ルとを夫々摺動可能に収納すると共に、上記導入
通路と吐出通路との間に、第１オリフイスと上記
サブスプールの変位に応じて開口面積が変化する
第２オリフイスとを形成し、上記サブスプールの
外壁と上記ハウジングの内周面との間に、減衰オ
リフイスを介して上記第１オリフイスの上流側と
連通するダンパ室を形成し、更に上記メインスプ
ールを上記第２オリフイスの前後の流体圧力差に
応動させると共に、上記サブスプールを上記第１
オリフイスの前後の流体圧力差若しくは上記第１
オリフイスの上流側流体圧力と第２オリフイスの
下流側流体圧力との圧力差に応動させ、上記吐出
通路から流出する作動流体を所定の流量特性に制
御する流量制御装置において、上記減衰オリフイ
スを上記ハウジングの内周面とサブスプールの外
周面に形成された螺旋溝との間に形成したことを
特徴とする流量制御装置。
