Claims (1)
- 各側の圧力の差に応じて変位する中心部に中空
部をもつダイヤフラムと；このダイヤフラムの変
位に応じて前記中空部を貫通しうるように設けら
れ横断面積が軸線方向に変化するニードルと；を
備え、前記ダイヤフラムの一方の側から他方の側
に前記中空部を通過する流体の容積流量を一定に
させるようにしたことを特徴とする流量制御弁。
