外壁と上記ハウジングの内周面との間に、減衰オ
リフイスを介して上記第1オリフイスの上流側と
連通するダンパ室を形成し、更に上記メインスプ
ールを上記第2オリフイスの前後の流体圧力差に
応動させると共に、上記サブスプールを上記第1
オリフイスの前後の流体圧力差若しくは上記第1
オリフイスの上流側流体圧力と第2オリフイスの
下流側流体圧力との圧力差に応動させ、上記吐出
通路から流出する作動流体を所定の流量特性に制
御する流量制御装置において、上記減衰オリフイ
スを上記ハウジングの内周面とサブスプールの外
周面に形成された螺旋溝との間に形成したことを
