ールバルブにおいて、 前記スリーブの内側の流入ポート部位に軸方向
に移動自在の可動スリーブを設け、該可動スリー
ブには流入ポートと連通する可動ポートを設け、
さらに可動スリーブ内周には上記環状流路の流路
断面を絞るしぼり板を設けて環状流路を流入ポー
ト側の第1室と流出ポート側の第2室とに区分し
、しぼり板前後の第1室と第2室間の差圧によつ
て可動スリーブを移動可能に構成して成ることを
