    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ゛　供給側に通じる噴出口を開口させた主弁部材の側壁
    に対してフラッパ弁の弁座を接近離間させて前記噴出口
    より排出側へ圧力流体を流出させる絞りすきまを制御す
    るフラッパ式サーボ弁装置において、前記主弁部材の側
    壁に前記弁座の外周縁より大きな口径の制御孔を有する
    、制御ブプレートを固定し、この制御プレートの制御孔
    と前記弁座との間に前記噴出口より排出側への圧力流体
    の流出を抑制する環状の制御室を形成したことを特徴と
    するフラッパ式サーボ弁装置。
