Abstract
PURPOSE:To form a corrosion preventing film withstanding an oxidizing environment on a surface to be treated, by pretreating the surface, thermally spraying a metal and ceramics in succession and carrying out pore sealing treatment. CONSTITUTION:A surface requiring anticorrosive treatment is pretreated by grit blasting to expose the base and Mo, Ni, Cu, Fe or a multicomponent alloy of such metals is thermally sprayed. A ceramic layer is then laminated by thermal spraying so as to inhibit oxidation at high temp. and a pore sealing agent is impregnated. Thus, a corrosion preventing film withstanding an oxidizing environment contg. hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, etc., is formed on the surface to be treated.
