Claims (1)
- 研削盤の主軸に装置され、砥石を高速回転させ
る高周波モータにおいて、砥石が装着され、その
外周にロータを固定する回転主軸を低熱膨張材で
形成すると共に、該回転主軸を囲繞し、その内部
に前記ロータと係合するステータを装着する密閉
容器である本体ケースを低熱膨張材から形成する
ことを特徴とする研削盤用高周波モータ。
