- 光入射により光電変換動作する半導体基板、該
基板の表面に配線された金属配線層、該金属配線
層を覆う層間絶縁膜、該絶縁膜上に設けられ半導
体基板への光入射を部分的に遮断する金属遮光膜
からなり、上記金属配線層と金属遮光膜を非対向
に配置したことを特徴とする電荷結合型固体撮像
装置。
