半導体膜、５は背面電極、６は透過部、を夫々示
している。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 透光性の絶縁基板の受光領域に、透光性の受光
    面電極、半導体光活性層を含む半導体膜及び背面
    金属電極を積層した光起電力装置であつて、上記
    受光領域に少なくとも背面金属電極の積層体のな
    い入射光の一部を透過せしめる透過部を複数個分
    散配置したことを特徴とする光起電力装置。
