Claims (1)
- 光入射側から青板ガラスの透光性絶縁基板、透
光性導電酸化物の受光面電極、半導体接合を備え
た半導体膜、背面電極をこの順序で配置した光起
電力装置であつて、上記透光性絶縁基板の光入射
側の第1主面を当該絶縁基板より低屈折率の第1
絶縁膜で被覆すると共に、光透過側の第2主面を
酸化アルミニウムの第2絶縁膜により覆つたこと
を特徴とする光起電力装置。
