Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a high picture quality image signal not to cause an image non-uniformity by executing the dark time output correction of an image signal by a dark time output signal based on the measurement of the ambient temperature of an image sensor. CONSTITUTION:A sensor signal TS of a temperature sensor 13 is inputted to an A/D converter 3, a digital-converted sensor signal is inputted to a storing means (LUT) 4. Since the dark time output value of an image sensor 12 based on the temperature characteristic is stored beforehand in an LUT 4 digitally, a dark time output signal signal LD collated with the inputted sensor signal TD is read, inputted to a D/A converter 5 and an analog-converted dark time output signal LA is inputted to one side of inputs of a differential amplifier 6. Since an image signal GS is inputted from the image sensor 12 to other side of the inputs of the differential amplifier 6, an image signal AS to subtract the dark time output signal LA from the image signal GS is outputted. Since the signal of a dummy picture element in the image sensor is not completely used, the high quality image signal without the image non-uniformity is obtained.
