Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ヒートシンク１の可撓性ベローズ３を集積
回路素子５に接触して、ベローズ３内部の冷媒に
より強制冷却する冷却装置において、 ベローズ３と集積回路素子５の間に熱伝導性充
填材６を介在させ、該充填材６の熱抵抗値が最小
になるように加圧力を定めて該ベローズ３と集積
回路素子５とを押圧接触したことを特徴とする集
積回路素子の冷却装置。 (2) 上記加圧力はベローズ３自体の押付力の冷
媒の水圧による力を加算したものであり、 上記充填材６の熱抵抗特性において熱抵抗値が
最小になる圧力値に定めることを特徴とする実用
