Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve efficiency as well as to lessen costly procedures by providing both a rotor rotating toward the tip end by way of the sliding surface of a vane shaft direction so as to perform suction and compression and a channel between the vane and a casing. CONSTITUTION:An elliptical rotor 2 is rotated about a driving shaft 16 within a cylindrical casing 1 so as to perform suction and compression. When the rotor 2 is rotated, C chamber is under compression allowing a leaf spring 7 to be opened upon an increase in pressure higher than E chamber for letting air flow into E chamber through a gap between a vane shaft 5 and the casing 1. When the pressure in E chamber is increased, the compression work for C chamber is completed. Compression is performed two times for every one revolution of a rotor 5 as if two cylinders were operated because two vanes 5 are mounted at the symmetrical right and left sides. This constitution enables compression efficiency to be improved, thereby enabling costly procedures to be lessened.
