Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent any excessive output change at a turbine power generating plant by sending a valve opening signal to a servomotor for an intercept valve from a valve opening signal generator and maintaining the opening of the intercept valve at a constant level, in the case of detecting a region with rapidly changing valve opening of an intercept valve. CONSTITUTION:A governor 4 which can generate the oil pressure varying responding to a generator load is provided. This oil pressure is supplied to a servomotor 2 as a valve opening oil pressure signal so that the opening of an intercept valve 1 can respond to the generator load. When this valve opening oil pressure signal stays in a valve opening rapid change region where the intercept valve 1 is opened or closed sharply against a change of the generator load, since both of pressure switches 8a, 8b of a valve opening detector 7 are closed, an electromagnetic valve 6 with three ports is switched so as to send the valve opening oil pressure signal from a control oil pressure generator 5 to the servomotor 2 and the intercept valve 1 is maintained at a constant valve opening.
