Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable an operation of the device in a fully high efficiency, further in a high response manner when necessary, by effectively switching operating conditions in a high efficiency and high response which are oppositely characterized to each other.
CONSTITUTION: In the combined-cycle generating plant which is provided with a plurality of gas turbine driven generators and at least a steam turbine driven generator actuated by the waste heat of the gas turbine driven generator, a generated power command signal 51 is input through adders 52, 53 to fuel regulating systems 56, 57 attachably provided to each of fuel regulator valves 58, 59. The adders 52, 53 are connected to program generators 74, 75 through selectors 80, 81 switched by an operating system switching device 61 and adders 78, 79. The adders 78, 79 and outputs of the program generators 74, 75 and 76, 77, and these program generators are appropriately controlled by logical operation circuits 64, 65 that output logical signals in accordance with a required generating power.
