Lastly, the B terminal of the switch part 21 is selected again and the secondary battery 1 is connected to the charging part 2 and placed in a usable state. Thus, the measuring instrument is obtained which easily estimates the life of the secondary battery in a short time only by the switching operation of the switch part.
