Abstract

PURPOSE:To raise the measuring accuracy of charging condition by a system in which both a positive electrode plate and a negative electrode plate, used for measuring charging condition, are charged or discharged together with the main positive and negative electrode plates in the same cell. CONSTITUTION:The main positive and negative electrode plates 2 and 3 and the positive and negative electrode plates 4 and 5 for measuring charging conditions are provided in the same cell 1. The plates 4 and 5 for measurement are connected to the switches 6 and 7, the main plates 2 and 3 are connected to the contacts a1 and a2 of respective switches 6 and 7, and between the other contacts b1 and b2 of the switches 6 and 7 are connected with the voltage measuring circuit 9 connected in parallel with the voltmeter 8 and the discharge resistor R. And, the positive and negative plates 4 and 5 for measurement are connected through the switches 6 and 7 to respective same polar plates of the main positive and negative plates and also with the voltage-measuring circuit 9. Thus, by operating the switches, the measuring positive and negative plates can be connected with the same polar plates of the main plates 2 and 3 or with the voltage-measuring circuit 9.
