PURPOSE:To switch a frequency divided multiple signal without fail by providing plural frequency converting circuits, a switch matrix and a multiplexing circuit to multiplex the signal different in frequency band. CONSTITUTION:One channel in a frequency dividing multiple signal sent by an input circuit 1 or 2 is converted to the frequency band needed by a frequency converting circuit 10 or 11 and outputted to a switch matrix 14. After a necessary channel conversion is applied with the switch matrix 14, the unnecessary band component is removed by multiplexing circuits 16 and 17 and outputted to output lines 8 and 9 as a frequency dividing multiple signal. In such a reason, even when the frequency of the signal channel of an input line 1 and the frequency of the signal channel of an input line 2 are the same, the signal can be simultaneously outputted to an arbitrary output line.
