Abstract
PURPOSE:To achieve a broadband characteristic, by delaying an input signal with a plurality of times in step through the use of a pluraity of delay lines and making delay with inverse relation than this through a plurality of delay lines. CONSTITUTION:An input signal applied from a terminal 21 is branched into (n) systems. The branched signals are applied to an addition circuit 25 via a sampling circuit 22, CCD23, electromagnetic delay line 241 or 261, circuit 22, CCD232 and delay line 242 and appears at an output terminal 28 through an LPF27. When the delay time of the electromagnetic delay lines 241-24n is adjusted so that the delay time of the signals of each system can be equal, the same waveform is obtained at terminals 21, 28. By this constitution, the same band characteristics to the CCD can be achieved by using lower transmission clocks.
