PURPOSE:To prevent the fault signal from becoming the final output at the system switching time by delaying the signals sent from each system at the front side of the switching circuit, and thus to enhance the reliability of the transmission systems. CONSTITUTION:Delay circuit 9 and 10 are provided at the front side of switching circuit 7. The output signals sent from circuit 2 and 3 reach circuit 7 after delay 9 and 10. Thus, the time required to reach circuit 7 from circuit 2 can be made longer than the time during which the fault of the output signal is decided (4) in circuit 2 and circuit 7 is actuated. Thus, the switching can be given to circuit 3 before the fault signal is delivered to output terminal 8 from circuit 2.
