PURPOSE:To make it possible to form conductive material in a unified body without deteriorating conductive properties, by arranging conductive knit in which a conducting layer is formed in knit made of organic fiber, in a cavity mold and a core mold which are fitted each other, aud supplying molten resin between the conductive material and the core mold. CONSTITUTION:Conductive material 3 is preliminarily formed, by sticking conductive knit 1 in which a conducting layer is formed in a knit made of organic fiber, on a plastic film or sheet 2. This knit is arranged in a cavity mold 4 and a core mold 5 which are fitted each other. By supplying molten resin 8 between the conductive material and the core mold, the conductive material is formed in a unified body on the surface of a plastic moldings. Material quality of the conducting layer formed in knit is not limited if only metal or plastic has a desired conductivity. Generally, a metal layer formed by electroless plating is used. The plastic film 2 or the sheet 2 to be used for the conductive material 1 is not limited particularly, and thermosetting resin is used.
