CONSTITUTION:The image data are read from a storing part 2 by a control part 3 and a rotation control part 4 writes the image data to a rotation processing part 5. Next, when the control part 3 executes operation to write the rotation-processed image data to the storing part 2, the rotation control part 4 reads the rotation-processed image data from the rotation processing part 5 and writes them to the storing part 2. This writing procedure is repeated only by the processing units part of the rotation processing part 5. Next, the rotation processing for the processing units part of the rotation processing part 5 is executed. Thus, since the rotation control part 4 reads the rotation processed image data from the rotation processing part 5 and writes them to the storing part, the processing speed can be increased.
