To the up-to-date area of a read/write explosion area 18, the contents of the up-to-date data recording area 2 of the magnetic recording part 1 are transferred from the buffer 19, and to the old data storage area, the contents of the old data recording area 3 are transferred. During writing operation, the contents of the up-to-date and old data storage areas are written in the magnetic recording part 1 through said buffer 20. The contents are updated or erased by an application program processing part 9. In the magnetic recording part 1, the up-to-date and old data are recorded, so an error is corrected easily.
